Effective July 26, 2026. These terms cover use of the aetherdev.dev website — they are separate from, and don't replace, the Statement of Work and contract terms governing any actual engagement.
By using this website, including submitting the quote form, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
Pricing shown on pricing, hosting, and retainer is indicative, not a binding quote. Submitting the get a quote form does not create a contract, obligate either party to proceed, or authorize any work. No work begins, and no fees are owed, until a signed Statement of Work and deposit are finalized between you and AetherDev.
Content on this site — including the process, pricing, and hosting pages — is general information about how we work, not a guarantee of outcome, timeline, or cost for any specific project. Actual scope and terms are defined in your individual contract.
The design, text, and code of this website are owned by AetherDev unless otherwise noted. Deliverables for client projects — and who owns what, and when — are governed by the individual Statement of Work for that engagement, not by these terms.
This site links to services we don't operate, including Calendly for scheduling and a third-party client login portal. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms, not ours.
This site is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind, including accuracy, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by law, AetherDev is not liable for any damages arising from your use of this site. This does not limit any warranty or liability terms explicitly agreed to in a signed Statement of Work.
