Effective July 26, 2026. This describes what happens to information you share with AetherDev through this website.
The only personal information this site collects is what you voluntarily submit through the get a quote form: your name, company name, email, phone number (if provided), and the project details you describe — including technical scope, budget range, timeline, and hosting/support preferences. We don't run analytics, tracking pixels, or advertising cookies on this site, and we don't collect anything from you just by browsing it.
Quote form submissions are sent directly to our inbox by email and used solely to evaluate your request and respond to you. We don't maintain a separate marketing database, we don't sell or rent your information to third parties, and we don't use it for anything beyond the engagement you initiated.

Because quote submissions are delivered straight to email rather than stored in a database on this site, they're retained the same way any other business correspondence is. You can request deletion or correction of information you've submitted at any time — see Your Rights below.
This site does not set tracking or advertising cookies. Any local browser state used by the site's interactive elements (e.g. Alpine.js components) stays in your browser session and is never transmitted anywhere.
